The Loyalty Manager module works with the Membership Manager providing an on-line loyalty scheme for your valued customers. Using a point’s system e-commerce customer can be provided with points relating to the purchases they have made. At the on-line checkout the points about to be earned are displayed together with options for utilising existing points against their purchases. The Loyalty Management system integrates into the SmartCMS enabling conversion rates and point transactions to be monitored and administered in-place.
